Who is responsible for your data

FR Moda S.A. de C.V., with its plant in Naucalpan de Juárez, State of Mexico, is responsible for the use and protection of the personal data you share with us through this site.

What data we use

When you request a quote you share your name, your company or brand name, your email, your phone number (if you give it) and information about your project. We do not ask for sensitive personal data.

What we use it for

Only to answer your quote request and follow up on your project and, where applicable, your order. We do not use it for anything else and we do not sell it.

How it reaches us

This site does not store your data. When you send the request, WhatsApp or your email program opens with the message ready, and you decide whether to send it. We receive it only through those channels.

Who we share it with

We do not share your data with third parties, except when required by law or by a competent authority.

Your rights

You can ask us to access, correct or delete your data, object to its use, or withdraw your consent. Write to us with your name, what you need and a way to reply to you at contacto@frmoda.com.mx.
